- rolled for the first time on the doctor's table, immediately after her asking me if he'd rolled and I said he was close. Thanks, Mace.
- loves to be held and people love to hold him. I just wish they were always around because it's hard when it's just me.
- insists on sitting with us at dinner, whether in the Bumbo or on a lap and stares longingly at every bite we take
- still has that darling dimple in his left cheek
- reaching for things and enjoys laying under his jungle gym
- chunking up quite nicely
MASON MOMENTS
I laid Mason on my bed one day and started to text someone - can't remember who, so that shows me how important it was. As if to say, "Hey Mum, don't forget about me!" his oh-so-soft, chubby little hand came to rest on my arm. Babies his age don't make movements on purpose, this I know, but his hand stayed there for longer than I've ever seen it lay still when he's awake. I looked at him, we both smiled, and held eachother's gaze for what seemed like eternity, all with the warmth emanating from his tiny hand making its way to my heart. It was such a tender moment with my Mason.
